Currently, we are a team of three consisting of the CEO, a Head of Operations and Education and one Ecologist.
Jessi was brought up in Guernsey where she discovered her passion for the marine environment and nature more generally, Ms Jennings has lived in New Zealand for the last 7 years. She has experience in environmental regulation, environmental policy development and biodiversity net gain outcomes as well as involvement with nature-related NGOs and citizen science projects.
Angela has maintained a strong passion for the natural environment throughout her life. Formerly a primary school teacher, Angela worked voluntarily alongside her teaching role for nearly twenty years as part of the Guernsey Conservation Volunteers (GCV). In September 2021, Angela left teaching to take up a paid part-time role for GCV as Operations Director.
Charlotte is a recently qualified ecologist, who brings with her a broad range of experience in practical and theoretical conservation, as well as a love for island life and its biodiversity. Charlotte was the first recipient of the La Société Guernesiaise Bursary in 2020, for her on-island research of management intensity on the biodiversity of hedgerows.
